Visited Saint Rocco's for a Galentines dinner. The manager Victor had an awful approach to one of the ladies at the table. She waited 45 mins after the rest of the table got their food and decided she no longer wanted the meal, which was well within her rights. He then snatched her food away with an attitude which was wrong when the remainder of the table spent close to 500 dollars there. That alone makes me not want to return.The food had VERY small portions for the pricing. I ordered the chicken alfredo, fried mozzarella and the Rocco's Bellini. Though the Bellini was good it came frozen which they didn't advise on the menu or in person. I personally don't enjoy frozen drinks so that was very disappointing. The fried mozzarella were small balls that most definitely did not meet the worth for 12 dollars. The alfredo was served with a chicken leg instead of breast which was super strange. It also had a ton on peppers in it which overpowered the meal. Will not return. If you want a great meal I wouldn't even bother!

Mercedes was AMAZING! She was sweet, funny, sympathetic, accommodating, and knowledgeable.My friend kicked off her annual galantines event here and a member of our party was trifled upon by the manager. After several queries, she received her meal 45 minutes AFTER our plates arrived- by the time they bagged her food we were getting our checks. When her check finally came, the meal was still present on the bill. This left us all in shock. Victor, the manager, snatched it away from the table after she expressed that she expected it to be comped due to their major oversight, her inability to enjoy dinner with our party, and typical courtesy. When and guest of our party tried to further explain our dismay, Victor cut her short and stated, “you don’t need to worry about it, she said she didn’t want the food.” This was a lie as she simply expressed she didn’t feel she should have to pay for it. This was one of several mistakes the kitchen made through the evening. Victor clearly displaced his evening’s frustrations on our table.

Service was horrible from start to finish. My food arrived 30 minutes late after the rest of my party. Once my food arrived I requested a to go plate because my party was done eating. I requested to speak to the manager as well. The waitress brings over my check and my food charge is still there and the manager has not arrived. Victor the manager shows up a few minutes later and I explain to him that my food was 30 minutes late and that my part was ready to go. He proceeds to take the food not offering to comp or rectify the situation as most managers of restaurants would do! He was rude after being called out by multiple friends. The food isn’t good and every drink we had was lacking. I will not return!
